Tesla's innovative automobile design and its all electric vehicle (EV) series are quite popular in the country. The company is constantly trying to improve its designs, as well as provide users with all the modern day luxuries.
The latest and highly awaited Tesla vehicle is the Model 3 Sedan on which the company's engineers and researchers are still working, so that the final product is a refined and a premium class EV.
Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has confirmed in the past that the car would be mass produced in July, when the company will launch it into the markets.
New Leaks Of The Model 3 Sedan
Amid all the speculations of a production delay, a new image leaked by a redditor shows the basic design of the vehicle and hints that the Model 3 may be nearing its production stage.
Coincidentally, a video was also posted on Instagram, which showed the upcoming electronic vehicle during its test run on the SpaceX Hyperloop test track.
From both leaks, it seems that the company has delivered on its promise of making the Model 3 nearly 20 percent smaller than the previous Model S.
It is quite rare to find leaks about Tesla's products as the company is known to closely guard its secrets. However, with both the picture and video it seems that the company is in the final phases of the Sedan's design.
Rumors Of Delay
Tesla is infamous for its delays when it comes to product launches. It has happened before that the company has been unable to deliver a product within the promised date, which has led to dissatisfaction among many consumers.
This time too reports indicated that Tesla may not be able to meet the July deadline and may have to postpone the launch of the Model 3.
While the leaks cannot be construed to mean that Tesla will keep its word in this instance, it still suggests that the design of the vehicle may have been finalized.
Price And Demand
Regardless of the release date, the Model 3 has managed to garner a lot of interest among fans and enthusiasts. These leaks will probably delight those fans who are eagerly waiting to get their hands on the vehicle.
Tesla Model 3 has been priced at $35,000 and the website also states that the estimated delivery would be some time during mid 2018.
