The pre-Black Friday blitzkrieg kicks off on Friday, Nov. 21, as e-retailer Amazon brings eight days of exclusive deals consumers' way.

Amazon is starting its Black Friday event a week prior to Black Friday i.e. Nov. 28, which will offer great savings options for consumers. The e-retailer will be adding new deals at a frequency of 10 minutes for the eight-day period.

The offers will be on pretty much everything from toys to electronics to apparel. Moreover, the savings fiesta does not end there as Amazon will have three special "Deals of the Day" on both Thanksgiving (post-midnight) and Black Friday.

Amazon Prime members are also entitled to the limited-period "Lightning Deals" which they can check out half an hour before others.

Traditionally, e-retailers begin online sales post Black Friday on Cyber Monday (the Monday after Thanksgiving). However, this year, with retailers like Walmart introducing deals earlier than usual both online and at the physical stores, the desire to stay competitive and in the race has fueled Amazon to jump on to the bandwagon as well.

"Our customers are redefining Black Friday shopping," revealed Steve Shure, Amazon's VP of worldwide marketing. "They want to stay home with family, enjoy some turkey and football and shop the hottest deals from their phone, tablet or PC."

Amazon is offering a plethora of tech deals that are a steal. These are as follows:
