COLOGNE, GERMANY - AUGUST 20: Visitors visit the booth of XBOX during the press day at the 2019 Gamescom gaming trade fair on August 20, 2019 in Cologne, Germany.

Xbox announced on Twitter that it is offering a new freebie subscription for three months, intended for the new users of the platform. The game service offers a freebie for all, a chance to experience the Game Pass for more than 90 days, and see what it offers for its subscribers.

The offer will give full access to the Game Pass and have the titles coming to this, apart from other bids from the company.

What's The Catch? How to Get a Free Subscription?

The new offer is promising, but it has a catch.

Users need to be new to the service, and their email addresses to use for this venture should not be affiliated with Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass in the past. Moreover, it is available for users that use the PC platform, and it is not available for console gamers. It means that the Xbox One and the Xbox Series S and X are not eligible for this.

Lastly, Microsoft is giving this to gamers that played "Halo Infinite," "Forza Horizon 5," or "Age of Empires IV" before February 28.

It is important to note these conditions before availing, or they will get charges for these three months that are supposedly free.

Xbox Game Pass and its Offers

The Xbox Game Pass is a known video game subscription service to all platforms of Microsoft's gaming feature, focusing on offering new titles and offers from the company. Users receive a monthly offer of free titles to download and play, and the subscription ensures that this experience gives them a chance to explore these games.

Many features come from the Xbox Game Pass, and one of them is the free 30-day trial for Paramount+, known for streaming the live-action series "Halo." The Game Pass feature also brings multiple things for all its subscribers, including updates on new titles and upcoming ones for the service about Xbox gaming.

The one to thank for this is Phil Spencer, who reportedly worked hard and pulled many strings to get this online.

Now, it is one of the most reliable and best gaming subscription services that offers itself for all gamers via the Xbox platform, from consoles to PCs. The new offer of Xbox Game Pass will help new users to enjoy the experience via PCs but is not available for console gamers. Nevertheless, it is still one good deal to get from Microsoft.
