As first reported by 9to5 Google, the internet company is now looking to integrate its generative AI into the main Google app on smartphones, and it would soon answer users via its assistant. However, that is not the most advanced feature of this upcoming integration, as it would focus on bringing generative AI to Google Assistant.

This feature would not only focus on specific Google apps, unlike before's setup with the likes of Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and more.

In this version, the company is integrating AI into the Google app, meaning that it would be a part of Android and would be available to use for various content

Google's AI to Summarize the Web Content

The Google app and Assistant can help users to "Summarize" what they are reading, whether it is web content, online post, or instructions, as the AI would perceive all of the content and give users a detailed gist of what they want to know about.

Users only need to utter either "Summarize" or "Hey, Google, Summarize" to get the digest of the content they are viewing.

Google's AI Developments and Tech

The first mainstream generative AI from Google is known as Bard, and as much as it was highly praised by the company before, it faced significant complaints and negative reviews because of its inaccurate answers. However, Google has made it so to fix and improve Bard, to bring a different kind of generative AI experience for all.

With Google's previous acquisition, it has recently established the Google DeepMind division that would focus on developing and creating the latest in artificial intelligence.

The latest development of Google to expand more of its AI will see a significant boost with DeepMind, now joining as one division towards one goal.

Google's AI is advanced, among those the most significant in the world, and it remains unknown to many but they already experienced a lot of the company's AI from previous features and integrations.

However, this is what generative AI has changed in today's age, as they give more than what is asked of them, especially with the upcoming "Summarize" command.
