We've got a new kart racing game coming as a renowned animation company is reviving its old characters to life with "DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing."

Being one of the most iconic companies in the world, DreamWorks brought much-beloved characters from different franchises like Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, and more.

Game Mill is partnering with DreamWorks to bring this fun, family experience to life, highlighting these animated characters to go full throttle and hurl objects against each other to the top charts. 

DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing Is Coming Soon

The Game Press brought the latest announcement from GameMill and Universal Games centering on the new game called "DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing" to the world. 

This multi-platform release will be available later this year for different consoles like the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and X, Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam).

DreamWork's new kart game would be available for $39.99 for its Standard Edition release, but it would also offer a Digital Deluxe Edition for $49.99.

It is set to bring 20 characters upon launch from various movie franchises by DreamWorks Animation creations like Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, Boss Baby, and more. Iconic locations like the Far Far Away Kingdom, The New York City Zoo, Spirit Realm, Baby Corp., and more are also coming.

Featuring the Iconic Characters from DreamWorks

The game's All-Star racing roster is set to bring the likes of Shrek, Po, Tigress, Boss Baby, Puss in Boots, Hiccup, Astrid, and more to the upcoming game. It also offers unique karts for every character. It would also feature hundreds of customization offers that would bring the experience to the next level with various parts to mix and match.

According to IGN, it has been 12 years since the animation studio offered a kart racing game, previously called "DreamWorks Super Star Kartz," which also saw a multi-platform release.

What DreamWorks Has to Offer

DreamWorks is widely known for its massive animation developments, offering renowned movies rated G to PG titles that spanned for decades, most prominent in the early to mid-2000s. 

One of the most iconic franchises is Shrek, the lovable Scottish ogre that faced all the whimsical fairy tale adventures in previous movies.

The animation team also gave the world a preview of ancient Chinese beliefs and culture with the Kung-Fu Panda franchise, one of the most famous family movies in the past. 

Not to mention Madagascar, Boss Baby, Trolls, and other titles, which have been the center of family entertainment, left a mark on each kid's growth.

Now, the company is partnering with GameMill to bring a coalition of its famed characters, but instead of going on a massive RPG adventure, gamers are met with a new kart racing title to enjoy.

"DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing" is coming this year, but no official release dates have been released. It will surely bring back the renowned characters in an adrenaline-pumping experience.
