Baldur's Gate 3 has been a staple role-playing game for PC gamers. If you're a fan of tabletop titles such as "Dungeons and Dragons (DnD) and Pathfinder 2E, you will definitely love its story progression and gameplay.

While Larian Studios announced that BG3 is coming to PlayStation 5 on September 6, we haven't seen any announcements if it will be available on Xbox.

Fortunately, CEO Swen Vincke has finally confirmed this information that the tabletop RPG will soon debut on Xbox Series X and S.

For quite some time, the team has been thinking of adding several improvements to the game. However, there's a catch that every Xbox user should know.

Xbox Series S Won't Feature Split Screen Co-op For BD3

Vincke says that while split-screen coop is expected to roll out on Xbox Series X, the Series S won't receive the same treatment.

The CEO clarifies that the less powerful Xbox console will not feature split-screen co-op, yet you can use cross-save if you're playing between Steam and Xbox.

BD3 Community Shocked After Finding the Removal of Exhaustion Mechanic

Dexerto writes in its latest report that Baldur's Gate 3 community was surprised to see that an old mechanic was already removed.

On Reddit, When_is_ posted that the "exhaustion" mechanic was cut from BD3.

"Lack of rest has left you exhausted. There are six levels of exhaustion, and each level is worse than the last. Completing a Long Rest reduces your exhaustion level by 1," the post reads.

While some players are happy to see it departing from the game, others argue that it should still exist as a strategic mechanic.

One user said that he missed memorable cutscenes that you can only see if long rest is activated.

Another Redditor wrote that bringing back the exhaustion will encourage people to actually use 4,000 camp supplies for cutscenes.
