The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) has once again astounded us with its display of the most dazzling and groundbreaking television technologies at CES 2024.

This year, the spotlight is on the largest and brightest TVs to hit the market, promising an immersive visual experience like no other.

From transparent displays to glare-free OLEDs, here's a comprehensive list of the most notable TV innovations unveiled at CES this year (via CNET).

LG's Transparent OLED TV (OLED T)

LG's Transparent OLED TV, a revolutionary 77-inch display set to transform how we perceive television, is first on this list.

Unlike previous transparent displays, LG's OLED T is a consumer-ready product rather than a concept. The OLED T seamlessly switches between transparent and conventional TV modes. A black film rises behind the transparent window with the touch of a button, creating a traditional TV appearance.

The OLED T, which is expected to hit the market this summer, is set to redefine the concept of unobtrusive TV design.

Samsung S95D Glare-Free OLED TV

Samsung addresses glare, a persistent issue with TV displays. The S95D Glare-Free OLED TV features a new screen finish that reduces reflections and glare significantly.

While a full launch is not expected until later this year, the initial hands-on test at CES shows a promising solution to a common problem in standard glossy screens, particularly in OLED TVs.

TCL 115-inch Mini-LED TV

With its massive 115-inch Mini-LED TV, TCL takes the spotlight, which sets a new standard for mass-market displays. This TV is large and extremely bright, with 5,000 nits of peak brightness and 20,000 local dimming zones.

TCL aims to redefine the large-screen TV market with a $20,000 price tag, offering a brighter and more vibrant viewing experience than micro-LED models.

Hisense 110-inch Mini-LED TV

Hisense introduces the 110UX, a 110-inch Mini-LED TV that claims to be twice as bright as its competitors in the race for bigger and brighter TVs.

Hisense sets the bar for picture quality and contrast with an astounding 10,000 nits of peak brightness and 40,000 local dimming zones.

While pricing has yet to be announced, it is expected to compete with, if not outperform, its competitors.

Roku Pro Series Mini-LED TV

Roku enters the TV market with the Pro Series Mini-LED TV, which features a mini-LED backlight and QLED color. Roku, known for its user-friendly interface and frequent updates, aims to impress with promising specifications.

A thorough examination is awaited to see how it compares to the competition in terms of performance and user experience.

Samsung's Transparent Micro-LED Display

Samsung challenges LG's transparent display supremacy with its transparent micro-LEDs. While still in the concept phase, Samsung's transparent micro-LEDs appear brighter and more colorful, utilizing the inherent brightness advantage of micro-LED technology. However, the cost remains a significant hurdle for this innovative display.Las Vegas Hosts Annual CES Trade Show(Photo : Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images)

TCL QM851 Series Mini-LED TV

TCL continues to refine its mini-LED technology with the QM851 Series, succeeding the highly regarded QM850. Doubling the brightness and adding more local dimming zones, TCL aims to deliver better picture quality without compromising on the affordable pricing that made its predecessor a favorite among consumers.

LG M4 Series Wireless OLED TV

LG introduces the M4 Series, a wireless OLED TV building on the success of its predecessor. Featuring wireless connectivity and improved brightness, the M4 Series uses MLA technology to enhance the picture quality, making it comparable to LG's acclaimed OLED G3 series.
