Fortnite x Avatar Skins are Here—Zuko, Katara, Toph Drops Available Now

Fortnite x Avatar's massive crossover gets new skin drops today, featuring characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender, featuring the OG Team Avatar, including Katara, Toph, and Zuko.

The renowned original cast best known for saving the world and bringing down the tyrannical rule of the evil Fire Lord Ozai, the differing element benders are now joining the battle royale to save the island.

This follows the introduction of Korra, the Avatar successor after Master Aang, best known for her self-titled series, The Legend of Korra.

Fortnite announced the latest drop in-game via X, showcasing the three OG cast known as Team Avatar, with Katara, Toph, and Zuko joining the game. These three characters are now available in the Item Shop to purchase and will stay for sale until May 3.

It captures the accurate looks of the firebender and disgraced Prince Zuko, the only surviving waterbender of the Southern Water Tribe, Katara, and the blind earthbender, Toph, from the Nickelodeon series.

However, while these are some of Team Avatar's famed characters, it still misses the most important one: Aang, the Last Airbender. Moreover, Sokka, Katara's non-bending brother, is also not revealed to have his dedicated Fortnite skin.

Additionally, Team Avatar also lacks Appa, the flying bison, and Momo, the winged lemur in the battle royale.

Avatar: The Last Airbender Finally Arrives on Fortnite

These are the first skins introduced as part of the Fortnite x Avatar: The Last Airbender crossover, featuring three different disciplines of benders introduced in the series.

More than a week ago, Fortnite introduced Avatar Korra's arrival in the game, featuring the master of all four elements obtainable via the Battle Pass.

Fortnite and its Massive Crossovers

Chapter 5 Season 2 was touted to be a massive new update for Fortnite, centering on major crossovers from various pop culture entities, centering on the latest Greek mythology theme. There were various leaks and rumors about who and what was to come, with the main focus being on Greek gods and villains, as well as massive Ancient Greek designs for maps.

In adherence to the Greek myth theme, Kratos was said to be returning to the Battle Island, best known for his previous skin's availability when the God of War collaboration was released. Alongside Kratos, Drax the Destroyer from Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy also joined the battle royale, all part of the Chapter 5 Season 2 update that is available now.

Next up, there will be a Star Wars crossover, said leaks, suggesting another round of May the 4th celebrations that commemorate the film franchise, with much more content coming.

Part of the leaks last month was Avatar: The Last Airbender's crossover with Fortnite, and that leak is now a reality, as the three iconic benders of the original cast, Katara, Toph, and Zuko, are now available in the Item Shop.
