Destiny is a first-person shooter video game, so it only makes sense for gamers to make it through the game's numerous raids with a gun.

When a group of die-hards, however, decide to put away their guns and take on Crota's End without firing a single gun shot, it's hard not to be amazed.

The group, composed of seven players with gamertags Rob280, Im Zerkky, Unbridled Hate, purityGOON, AFC xp, VirtualxMayhem and Tackhammer, posted the achievement to Reddit, where tons of other Destiny gamers have gathered around to heap praises on the heroic fireteam.

"We did this with only Titans because ... Titans are awesome!" said Rob280. "So you guys said to do something more impressive like the nightfall ... Well, we took it one step farther. We did the whole raid."

Obviously, the team's daring feat could not be accomplished without a good deal of teamwork and strategy. Choosing Titans means having a good amount of bubble usage so that the team can go into melees head on with more protection.

Also, while the team made no use of guns whatsoever, it doesn't mean they could not use specials and grenades to obliterate general mobs and deal damage to Crota himself.

"We took a decent amount of time thinking of the best ways to do this," Rob280 said. "We just eventually said let's just go in with all Titans. We mainly used blinding bubbles and blinding grenades to get through the first half of the game."

Still, there is a lot of punching that goes into this nearly 50-minute no-gun run of Crota's End, including a part where they punch the Deathsinger to death. The raid is actually split into three videos. The first part contains the introduction and the Lantern Room, followed by the bridge and the Shrieker Tunnel, and the final video showing how the team obliterated the Deathsinger and Crota himself.

Numerous fireteams have made failed attempts to overcome Crota's End to no avail. They have also tried to do so with guns. This is the first time, however, that a group of crazy gamers have decided to do what was once previously thought of as impossible -- and succeeded. Of course, it is very likely these guys have tried and failed several other times in the past before finally achieving the sweet taste of victory.
