You may or may not still be working your way through Marvel's Daredevil, which premiered April 10 on Netflix Instant Streaming, but ready or not, there's a new original series coming to the platform next month.

The highly anticipated new drama Grace and Frankie will premiere on Netflix May 8. The series stars two of your favorite actresses of all time, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, in the title roles. Grace and Frankie are two women who don't particularly get along but who are forced to interact because their husbands, played by Martin Sheen and Sam Waterston, have been law partners for decades. However, when their husbands decide to run away with each other, Grace and Frankie are instantly bonded forever as they try to make new lives for themselves. Grace and Frankie may not inspire the LOLs like The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt or keep you on the edge of your seat like Marvel's Daredevil, but it looks like it will be extremely touching and probably give you a good cry, which is something we all need once in a while too.

That's not all Netflix is cooking up for May. The streaming platform is also trying something new with another original series, Between. Netflix has teamed up with Canada's City network to stream new episodes of this show about a town ravaged by a mysterious disease that has killed everyone over the age of 21. However, unlike other Netflix Originals, you won't be able to binge-watch this one. Only one new episode will premiere each Thursday at 8:30 p.m. PST starting May 21.

And if that wasn't enough for you, you greedy, greedy entertainment lovers, there are, of course, several new movies and TV shows coming to Netflix Instant Streaming next month, such as both Legally Blonde movies, Inglorious Basterds and more episodes of Dance Moms than you're going to know what to do with.
