From battling baddies around the Galaxy as Star Lord to hunting down dinos in the upcoming new Jurassic Park film, Chris Pratt is certainly making it big in the summer blockbuster scene. And as if he couldn't get any more charming, he teamed up with GQ for a hilarious video on acting lessons. Specifically, acting lessons while drunk.

Right from the get-go, Pratt declares that it's "hot as hell" where they are filming and he's drunk on Fireball Whiskey. So let's see how his little improv acting tips work out...

Lesson number one, according to Pratt, let's say the scenario is you're at a Jamba Juice and you see a T-Rex. How do you react? Quite simple really. Look at it and say, "Oh, S***! It's a T-Rex."

After another shot of Fireball Whiskey from a paper cup, we move on to lesson number two.

Scenario is, you're walking in a desert and you see a snake. How do you react? As Pratt demonstrates so skillfully, you jump away and scurry your legs as you exclaim, "Oh, S***! It's a snake!" (We're starting to see the trend here.)

He also gives some acting lessons that may come in handy in real life. For example, if you are ever pulled over and have weed in your glovebox, simply pull a Chris Pratt thespian technique from your bag of tricks. Look at the cop and tell him squarely, "Officer, I do not have weed in my glovebox." (Results may vary.)

For his last bit of acting advice, Pratt encourages you to get in touch with your inner Jedi to pull a very handy mind trick in case of urgent situations like forgetting your spouse's birthday. The solution is very obvious, really. Just tell the truth—or at least your version of it. Here's the script that Pratt suggests you go by:

"It's not your birthday. You were in an accident. You have to trust me. Now go back to bed. Your birthday is tomorrow."

If nothing else, Chris Pratt's (useless) acting lessons certainly put him at the top of our cool dudes list. And at least Fireball Whiskey got some great promotion out of it. (Ignite the night!)
