Being stranded at the airport is pretty bad — but what better crowd to be stuck with than the cast of not one, but two big Broadway productions?

The members of The Lion King and Aladdin musicals found themselves stuck in a 7-hour limbo at the LaGuardia Airport, and decided to pass the time by treating their fellow delayed passengers to an impromptu performance of songs from their respective hit Broadway shows.

The cast of The Lion King got the ball rolling with the iconic call to the wild animals of the African savannah to gather at Pride Rock and celebrate the royal birth of Simba in "The Circle of Life."

This is not the first time that The Lion King has gone viral with an unexpected public performance. Back in June of 2014, they surprised New York City subway commuters with a flashmob style performance of the same song on a moving train.

The Lion King cast of Australia also treated fellow passengers on their way home from Brisbane.

The Broadway cast of the new musical show, Aladdin, not to be one-upped, also sang their hearts in the opening number of their own show, "Arabian Nights."

"Y'all got 10 hits on one record. That's not fair. But we'll do it, we'll try. As you saw, we improv our way," said Tony Award winner James Monroe, who plays the magical genie in the show.

Not that it was any competition between the #DisneyCousins who were all smiles and even posed together for a great big Disney-on-Broadway family picture afterward.
