El Rey Network has announced that it has finalized a deal with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, acquiring exclusive off-network cable rights to "Constantine."

The NBC drama had been canceled and there's still no date for a DVD/Blu-Ray release so hopping over to the El Rey Network is the only way fans can legally get their fix of Season 1 for now. To be clear, the network will be rebroadcasting all 13 episodes of the show's run, not picking it up to release new episodes.

"This is the kind of distinctive, action-packed content that viewers have come to expect on our air," said Robert Rodriguez, chairman and founder of El Rey Network, adding that the deal brought franchises that will perfectly complement the network's existing lineup.

"Constantine," based off the popular DC comic book series "Hellblazer," ran from Oct. 24, 2014 to Feb. 13, 2015. A seasoned master of the occult and demon hunter, John Constantine fights to protect the innocent, with his soul already damned to hell after he committed suicide as a teenager. The show starred Matt Ryan while the movie version in 2005 had Keanu Reeves.

Though the show was a fan favorite, it was canceled after just one season. Daniel Cerone, executive producer, thanks fans for the support, writing them a letter after all efforts had been exhausted to find "Constantine" a new home. The show was pitched to several networks, including Fox and The CW, to no avail.

Aside from "Constantine," "Almost Human" will also be coming to the El Rey Network, bringing all of its episodes. As part of the multi-year agreement, basic cable premieres for "Human Target," "V: The Series," V: The Miniseries," "Freddy's Nightmares," "Mortal Kombat: Conquest," "Night Visions" and "The Twilight Zone" will also be enjoyed over at the network in 2015 and 2016.

"Constantine" will air starting Nov. 3 while "Almost Human" will follow on Nov. 9. "Freddy's Nightmares" and "Mortal Kombat: Conquest" will premiere this year, while "Human Target," "V: The Series and Miniseries," "Night Visions" and "The Twilight Zone" will be released in 2016.
