The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman sure does like Destiny. He's talked about the game in the past, and at this year's New York Comic Con, he interrupted the host of his panel discussion to chime in once again on Bungie's ever popular shooter.

"Let's talk about Destiny," Kirkman said during the panel, according to Polygon. "I only have one guy up to level 40 and it's killing me. I have a Hunter level 38, a Warlock at 35."

He then addressed the crowd, who were likely more than a little confused.

"I love that there are so many people here who have no idea what Destiny is and they're like, 'Why is this happening?'" he said.

Later on in the discussion, Kirkman briefly discussed the various Walking Dead spin-offs, including the various video games based on both his comic series and the AMC show.

"It's all very exciting," he said. "Every step we take, be it a video game or a cruise, we always try to do cool stuff. I'm a fan of all of this kind of stuff. I think to myself, if I wasn't the guy writing The Walking Dead and was just a fan, what would be cool to me?"

He goes on to say that he isn't very involved with the creation of the various games, but if he were to make a game, he imagines it would be something close to the game he just can't stop talking about.

"I've never made a video game and if I did, it would suck," he said. "It would be Destiny with The Walking Dead skins on it." After a short pause, he added, "That would be a cool game."

Considering how poorly received The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct was, an MMO Walking Dead-Destiny hybrid sounds fantastic.
