Oh, so this is Ronda Rousey's training secret.

In celebration of Rousey guest-hosting ESPN's SportsCenter recently, the Worldwide Leader in Sports shot this promo video of the UFC women's bantamweight champion training for her November 15 fight against Holly Holm, while dressed up as Pikachu.

Yes, it's quite a sight to see Pikachu punch and kick the heavy bag, knock out a set of pull-ups and execute seated rows with perfect form. However, it's not surprising. If fans of the mixed martial arts (MMA) phenom didn't know by now, Rousey, 28, is a Pokemon fanatic and has been for quite some time. In fact, she claims to have purchased every single version of the game.

Just this past August, the Internet unearthed Rousey's Pokemon forum moderator profile from when she was 16-years-old. In a foreshadowing segment within that profile, Rousey revealed that she also spends "a lot of time doing judo — a sport that's kinda like wrestling. It's really fun. Right now, I'm ranked No. 1 under 20-years-old. If you don't believe me, look it up."

If they didn't believe her then, they definitely believe her now.

Her kicking butt as Pikachu will surely drive fellow Pokemon fanatics into a frenzy. Imagine seeing someone enjoying an early Halloween, dressed as Pikachu in the gym, and taking a few innoncent jabs only for the character to reveal itself as Ronda Rousey?

Such an instance would make anybody tap out. Either that or have your arm broken. Your choice.
