Before today, Destiny players have found some interesting steps, and they speculated that they could be leading toward another hidden weapon. Now when the Not Forged in Light daily quest returned, it has been confirmed to unlock the Exotic 290 pulse rifle No Time to Explain.

To begin the quest line, collect the ghosts from the Paradox daily mission first. Regardless of rank, pledge allegiance to FWC and earn reputation for them - about a thousand will do. Next, travel to Venus and slay a Taken Minotaur to get a Simulation Core, which will have to be shattered later on. Take note that any Lieutenant will work just fine. Once the Simulation Core has been shattered, a new quest will pop up. Head to the Tower and talk to Lakshmi-2 to proceed.

Moving forward, complete a Vault of Glass raid and defeat Atheon, who will give the Eye of Atheon needed to continue with the quest line. Just like with the Simulation Core, shatter the Eye of Atheon. When done, return to Lakshmi-2 for the next part.

Next up, move on to Earth to do the quest Shadow at Twilight, which is a solo quest at the Twilight Gap Crucible map. A series of bright lights will be scattered throughout the map. Use them to cleanse the darkness. While doing so, find the hidden treasure, which spawns randomly, and it will contain the Bracelet of Ana Bray. Once acquired, head back again to Lakshmi-2 for the final part.

For the last step, go to Mars and finish Blood of the Garden, which involves killing the Groundskeeper in the Black Garden. While killing the massive Vex Minotaur, keep in mind to maintain its anger at 100 percent to summon the Groundskeeper. Once the Groundskeeper goes down, return to Lakshmi-2 for one last time to get the No Time to Explain pulse rifle.

Thanks to Redditor /u/IsThisALongEnuffName for uncovering the steps, the No Time to Explain pulse rifle is now within our reach.

Obtaining the No Time to Explain pulse rifle is fairly easy, with the second step (killing Atheon) being the most time consuming. But none of that matters because the Exotic pulse rifle is pretty sweet with its Full Auto perk and unique perk that restores rounds for every precision hit - yep hits, not kills.
