Good news for gamers, Electronic Arts' (EA's) games stores, Origin, is offering huge discounts on several popular PC titles.
Origin has started its Spring Forward Sale and is offering up to 50 percent off on several PC games, including FIFA 16, Star Wars Battlefront, SIMS 4 and more.
The sale is on nearly 60 popular games and DLC content, giving consumers a slew of options to choose from.
The Origin spring sale will expire on April 11, and the offer is valid subject to availability.
"This offer is being issued to you for promotional purposes only and does not constitute a credit, charge, debit or gift card. Offer expires April 11th 2016 10:00 am pdt. Valid for select products from the origin store at www.origin.com/store/deals/sale/springsale. Value of discount will be deducted from your total order at time of purchase," disclaims the games store.
For those wondering if there are any other caveats - a customer can only buy one unit of a product from each EA account. The offer cannot be combined with any pre-paid gift card which is redeemable for the product. Customers will also not be able to exchange, substitute or redeem the offer for alternate services, goods or cash.
Thanks to the Spring Forward Sale from Origin, one can now snag Star Wars Battlefront for half the price - it is now $30 instead of $60. The popular SIMS 4 has also been marked down by 50 percent and will cost you just $30.
Football buffs can immerse themselves in FIFA 16, which will now set them back by $30, a savings of 50 percent. For those who can't get enough of the new EA game Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, this PC title is also discounted and now costs $40 (33 percent discount).
For those on a budget, there are several games which will cost anywhere between $10 and $15 on sale. Battlefield fans can opt for Battlefield 4 or Battlefield Hardline — both of which have been reduced to $10 from $20. Battlefield 3 is also discounted by 50 percent. SimCity is also discounted to $10 (50 percent discount), whereas Unravel now costs $15 (25 percent discount).
