Fallout 4's launch last Nov. 10 was a hot one; the game has already received high ratings from reviewers and gamers. Unfortunately, some gamers in the UK could not play the game on its launch date due to technical issues suffered by British video game retailer GAME Digital.

A lot of gamers ordered the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition, which includes collectibles such as a weatable Pip-Boy accessory (that also serves as a companion to the app), an actual Pip-Boy pocket guide, a physical Vault-Tec Perk poster and Power Armor metal case. More importantly, the package includes the Fallout 4 game disc. Hence, it's easy to imagine eager gamers' rage when GAME announced that it was experiencing payment issues and that it could not process the preorders for the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition.

"We'd like to give an update to those customers that have pre-ordered the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition online and experienced payment issues." Game Digital wrote in a Facebook post, dated Nov. 10. "As we have previously communicated to those customers affected, we have been unable to process some orders for Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition due to their bank/PayPal not allowing payment to go through."

Since Friday, GAME started getting in touch with customers whose payments have been rejected by their chosen payment method. The retailer also notes that if the concerned parties re-placed their orders by 3:30 p.m. (UK Time) of Nov. 10, the orders would have been processed and dispatched on the same day.

However, the customers responded and revealed that there wasn't any problem with their banks and that GAME did not make any attempt to solve the issue. This was contrary to GAME's previous claims of contacting the banks and requesting for the payment to be processed.

"That's BS GAME, and I have the bank statements and conversations with my bank to prove it. You never tried to take the payment and if you keep up the liable, I will consider further action," says Graham Hood, an aggrieved gamer in London.

"You clearly have made a complete shambles of this. It is apparent that you are trying to blame the banks and this as you know is untrue the payments have cleared and you have the money," complains Patrick Deviny of Northampton, Northamptonshire. "You are just such a dysfunctional organisation, people have have paid deposits and waited months for this and have spent the weekend emailing and hours trying to phone you to no avail, you are clearly not fit for purpose."

GAME notes that orders for Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition that weren't re-placed by phone are also in reserve and will be held in its distribution centers for their owners.
