Lenovo has posted a teaser on Chinese website Weibo about a press event on Nov. 16, featuring the Lenovo Vibe X3, which is also known as Lemon X in China. Its official — the smartphone maker will unveil the mid-range champion then. Plus, the Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite is also expected to make an appearance.

After multiple rounds of leaked images and specs made their way to the Internet, TENAA has finally certified the Lenovo Vibe X3, confirming its hardware specifications as well as design.

The Lenovo Vibe X3 will be the home of a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 chipset, which features two Cortex-A57 and four Cortex-A53 cores, according to TENAA's listing. Out of the box, it will be running on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, and 3 GB worth of RAM will power the device, including a 64 GB internal storage.

Photography enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the smartphone will sport a 21 MP rear-facing camera with a dual-LED flash to boot. On the other hand, the front-facing camera will have an 8 MP sensor. In addition to the features on its back side, it'll be fitted with a fingerprint reader

Weighing at 0.38 pounds, the Lenovo Vibe X3 measures at 6.06 x 3 x 0.37 inches with a 5.5-inch display and a 1080p resolution. It'll come with a 3,500 mAh battery along with Dual-SIM support and 4G LTE connectivity. Based on the images, it's equipped with two front-facing speakers.

The Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite is expected to have a similar design, but it'll have downgraded specs. Despite going for the more budget-friendly market, it'll probably still come with the same 5.5-inch display. An octa-core MediaTek MT6753T chipset will power the lite variant along with 2 GB RAM and a 3,300 mAh battery pack. Its internal storage is cut to 16 GB, but it'll be expandable with a microSD card. The rear-facing camera will be down to 13 megapixels, whereas the front will be down to 5 megapixels.

Online users speculate that the Lenovo Vibe X3 will be priced at about $200 and the Lenovo Vibe X3 Lite at $140. Of course, we'll have to wait for Lenovo's event on Nov. 16 to know for sure. Fortunately, it's just a few days away.
