The highly-anticipated Microsoft Lumia 950 is finally coming to the U.S., with AT&T having announced the launch of the device. Those interested can preorder the Lumia 950 from AT&T starting now, with a full release set to launch on Nov. 20.

Unfortunately, there's no word yet on whether or not AT&T will also carry the larger Lumia 950 XL, and users may just have to get it unlocked from Microsoft.

"Windows 10 and the all-new Microsoft Edge browser work together to maximize your productivity," said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president of Device Marketing and Developer Services at AT&T, in a statement. "The Lumia 950's PC-like capability enables you to get things done faster and more efficiently, even when you're on-the-go."

Microsoft has hopes that the Lumia 950 will help push the company's smartphone business, which has largely failed ever since it was launched. The device offers a 5.2-inch quad-HD display along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor. The camera on the device is a pretty hefty 20 MP, and the phone offers fast-charging through USB Type-C.

One of the most interesting features on the Lumia 950 is the fact that it can be connected to a keyboard and mouse to be used as a full computer running Microsoft's Windows 10. While it won't be the most powerful computer around, with the 3 GB of RAM, it should certainly be usable for things like Web browsing, emails and so on.

The device itself will set users back $600 off-contract, however, AT&T will allow users to pay for the device over a 20- or 30-month period. AT&T will also offer users who purchase the Lumia 950 to buy a discounted Surface 3. It can be preordered from the AT&T website now.
