"Do it for the Vine" has become the popular call to order for users of the six-second, looping video-based social media platform.

Well, now, the Vine is doing it "for you."

On Thursday, Vine announced its "For You" curated channel of posts that you might like to see, based on your history of clips that you have viewed and the kind of short videos that you regularly view. The "For You" channel will first impact iOS users, before rolling out for Android users "before you know it," according to the company.

Luis Tandalla, Vine's API engineer, explained the introduction of the personalized, curated channel, which users can find as a new section at the top of the app, in a blog post.

"Our home feeds on Vine are filled with posts from the accounts we follow across comedy, music, sports and more," Tandalla wrote. "The world of entertainment on Vine extends far beyond our home feeds. There's a ton of great content created by accounts you may not follow, and we're bringing those posts to you."

Vine's Twitter account added: "For you: Vines we think you'll love. Check out our new, personalized channel to see Vines you won't want to miss."

Vine has been busy rolling out updates since last month, when it announced its launched app for the Apple Watch, while updating its iOS app to include swipe-left discovery.
