Mortal Kombat X is getting four new characters later this year, and now you can see them in action.

A new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Kombat Pack 2 DLC has been released, featuring our best look yet at new playable characters like the Xenomorph from Alien, Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the drunken master Bo'Rai Cho and the new cyborg character Triborg.

Each new fighter has an array of brutal special moves and gory fatalities, as you would expect. Leatherface sweeps his chainsaw across enemies, Xenomorph can plant eggs filled with facehuggers, Bo'Rai Cho can throw up on his opponent and Triborg, well, is three cyborgs in one.

Those who purchase the second Kombat Pack won't just be getting new characters. As an added bonus, those who buy the DLC pack will receive the new Apocalyspe skin pack, which includes themed skins for Takeda, D'Vorah and Erron Black. Players will also receive Goro, the Brazil pack (soccer-themed skins for Johnny Cage, Liu Kang and Kung Lao), as well as the Kold War Pack, which features skins for Sub-Zero, Sonya Blade, Kano and Scorpion.

Goro and many of the skins have been previously available or were offered for free as a preorder bonus, but it's still nice to see those who spend money on the new DLC will snag all of it. The Apocalypse pack is all new, however, so that freebie should get all Mortal Kombat players excited.

No word yet on when the new characters will be arriving for Mortal Kombat X. The game's latest trailer simply says "2016," but expect each character to be released seperately over the course of a few months, much like the first Kombat Pack.
