Another weekend, another Steam sale, and this one features a number of indie games that are well worth your attention.

The sale puts a spotlight on indie titles published by Devolver Digital, a growing name in the indie publishing business. There are more than 24 games on sale, alongside a number of films as well.

Headlining the sale is Hotline Miami and Hotline Miami 2. The violent, surreal and fast-paced top-down action games made a big splash upon their original release. Those who have yet to play either game can snag a bundle with both titles for $4.99. The original Hotline Miami is on sale separately for $2.49, while the sequel is on sale for $3.74. Each game is 75 percent off the standard price.

Outside of Hotline Miami, the similar violent and over-the-top Broforce is also on sale for $5.99, 60 percent off the usual price tag of $14.99.

FPS fans will find there is plenty to enjoy as well. The Serious Sam Complete Pack, which includes more than seven games, as well as DLC and HD remasters of older entries, is 90 percent off for a price of $9.99. If the explosive nonsense of Serious Sam isn't your cup of tea, the darker (yet still extremely violent) Shadow Warrior might be more up your alley. It's currently on sale for $3.99, 90 percent off its regular $39.99 price.

Skateboarding titles OliOli and OliOli 2 are both discounted 75 percent off for a price of $3.24 and $3.75, respectively. Arcade-style plane shooter Luftrausers is also 75 percent off for $2.49. If skateboarding, shooting or more shooting isn't your jam, there's also the first-person puzzle game The Talos Principle. It's 75 percent off for $9.99, with its DLC also reduced down to $5.09.

That's a ton of indie goodness for those looking for a new game to play over the weekend. The Serious Sam collection alone would last a long time for most players, so be sure to check out the full sale here. The deals are live until May 9. When combined with the Steam Anime sale, Star Wars day sales and the Golden Week Sale on PlayStation Network, it has been a great past few weeks for those looking to save some cash on great games.
