Long before you were old enough to watch The Ring, Saw or The Human Centipede, Nickelodeon's Are You Afraid of the Dark? was what you had to scare the bejesus out of you.

In each episode, we would watch The Midnight Society gather 'round the old campfire and share creepy stories in a Twilight Zone or Tales from the Crypt horror procedural. The stories would always involve kids your own age getting into scary situations to really up the freak-out factor. I don't know about you, but I still have nightmares about that sad clown statue featured in the show's intro.

If you long for the days when horror didn't make you jump out of your seat so much as just make you a little queasy, you're in luck. Reddit user R2Teep2 has compiled a list of all of the episodes from Seasons 1 to 5 that you can watch on YouTube in full.

Get ready to get trapped in a dollhouse, watch Nosferatu leap out from a movie screen and meet some crazy people on the 13th floor all over again. And you have just enough time to binge-watch all of the episodes before Halloween, too.

Fun fact: Are You Afraid of the Dark? actually premiered in Canada before making its way south of the border. What that means is you get to see some Canadian stars we know and love today as wee little tykes, er, pre-teens, like Ryan Gosling and Elisha Cuthbert. Americans Melissa Joan Hart, Gilbert Gottfried and Tia and Tamara Mowry also guest starred on the show.

Are You Afraid of the Dark? first ran from 1991 to 1996, and then Nickelodeon brought it back for another couple of seasons from 1999 to 2000. Unfortunately, the episodes from that second run aren't included in this Reddit thread, but if you search for each episode title conveniently available for you on IMDB, you should be able to find the full episodes from the final two seasons on YouTube as well.
