OnePlus' next flagship phone will seem to almost do away with bezels, at least according to recently leaked renders.

OnLeaks and Pricebaba have released a new set of renders for the OnePlus 7, which hint at a pop-up selfie snapper, similar to sliders earlier seen in Xiaomi Mi Mix 3.

OnePlus 7: No Notch And Punch-Hole Display

Efforts to minimize — or eliminate — bezels for more screen real estate have been evident for quite some time now. Perhaps the most popular are iPhone X's somewhat annoying notch and Samsung's Infinity-O display, as seen on its latest flagship, the Galaxy S10 lineup.

However, OnePlus takes a different approach when it comes to eliminating bezels entirely. New images and a 360 video — courtesy of OnLeaks and Pricebaba — show that the upcoming OnePlus 7 will have a pop-up mechanism that will house the phone's front snappers.

As mentioned, this pop-up feature is similar to the Mi Mix 3 slider, but the only difference is that OnePlus 7's pop-up will be a smaller one that's positioned off-center. In contrast, Mi Mix has a full slider that spans across the top of the phone.

Aside from the pop-up camera, the renders also show vertically aligned rear cameras, similar to OnePlus 6 and 6T's dual camera setup. However, based on the leaked images, OnePlus 7 could have an additional camera at the back. Some speculate that this three-camera module could include a primary lens, a wide-angle lens, and a telephoto lens.

Still No Wireless Charging For OnePlus

Amid all the rumors and leaks about the next OnePlus phone, one thing's for sure — wireless charging won't be available on OnePlus in the near future.

In late February, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirmed that they still won't support wireless charging options. According to him, their fast-charging technology, called the Warp Charge, was just what users needed.

"OnePlus charging is one of the best. Wireless charging is far inferior," he said.

Rumors suggest that OnePlus 7 might arrive around mid-2019, but as always, nothing's official until the device manufacturer confirms everything, so take rumors with a grain of salt.

For now, check out the video below for the possible OnePlus 7 design.
