Another weekend of community fun awaits Pokémon GO trainers as Niantic Labs holds a special two-day event to wrap up their 2019 Community Days series. Here's everything you need to know about this much-awaited event:

Lots of Surprises Await Trainers

Missed the previous Community Days this 2019? Now is the time to "catch 'em all."

According to Daily Express, Pokémon GO's December Community Day event is shaping up to be their best yet. First off, unlike most get-together events that run only for three hours, this one will be a two-day affair.

Additionally, Niantic Labs is giving fans the chance to catch all the Pokémon Monsters that have appeared throughout the year. Here's the complete list of species to watch for this month:

  • January - Totodile
  • February - Swinub
  • March - Treecko
  • April - Bagon
  • May - Torchic
  • June - Slakoth
  • July - Mudkip
  • August - Ralts
  • September - Turtwig
  • October - Trapinch
  • November - Chimchar

The team behind the hit augmented reality (AR) game is also offering trainers to catch exclusive moves featured during the 2018 and 2019 Community Day events. This feature will be available from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday in your local time zone. 

What to Expect at Pokémon GO's December Event

Dec. 14 (Saturday) and Dec. 15 (Sunday) Schedules

From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in your local time zone on both dates, the following Pokémon Monsters will spawn more frequently in the wild:

  • Bagon
  • Chimchar
  • Mudkip
  • Ralts
  • Slakoth
  • Swinub
  • Torchic
  • Totodile
  • Trapinch
  • Treecko
  • Turtwig

Following the same schedule, these Monsters will spawn in special raids:

  • Beldum
  • Bulbasaur
  • Charmander
  • Chikorita
  • Cyndaquil
  • Dratini
  • Eevee
  • Larvitar
  • Mareep
  • Pikachu
  • Squirtle

From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in your local time zone on both dates, you can take advantage of the following bonuses:

  • 2× Catch Stardust
  • 2× Catch XP
  • 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance (when Eggs are placed into Incubators)

Dec. 14 Schedule

From 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone, you can hatch these select Pocket Monsters in Eggs:

  • Bagon
  • Bulbasaur
  • Charmander
  • Dratini
  • Larvitar
  • Mareep
  • Pikachu
  • Slakoth
  • Swinub
  • Torchic
  • Totodile
  • Treecko

From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the following Monsters will spawn even more frequently in the wild:

Dec. 15 Schedule

From 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone, you can hatch these select Pocket Monsters in Eggs:

  • Beldum
  • Chikorita
  • Chimchar
  • Cyndaquil
  • Eevee
  • Mudkip
  • Ralts
  • Squirtle
  • Trapinch
  • Turtwig

From 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the following Monsters will spawn even more frequently in the wild:

  • Mudkip
  • Ralts
  • Trapinch
  • Turtwig
