She lives her business life in the fast lane because she knows that's where the biggest and most challenging clients thrive. 

Karishhma believes that the tougher a problem is, the more rewarding its solution will be. She lives by this philosophy. Clients have come to expect nothing but the best from her. So, how did she make it happen? In this interview, the social media evangelist, Karishhma Mago, gives us insights into the heart of her efficiency and excellence. 

What interested you the most about turning digital marketing into a career?

One word - possibilities! The digital world is like soft clay, and anyone with a streak of playful creativity can mold it into all shapes and forms. In short, it's exciting and exacting at the same time. While it has done away with many rules of doing business the traditional way, there's one that remains unchanged - finding the right opportunity. 

I always wanted to build my own company. So when I decided to start Facilius Inc in 2014, I noticed not just a gap but a gaping hole in the market for agencies that could genuinely help grow social media following and solve digital problems. The opportunity presented itself.

How would you best define Digital Nod?

I think it would be right to say that Digital Nod serves as a bridge between an uncommon problem and a unique solution. You can think of us as makeover artists. We don't change the essence of our clients' profiles or their brands; we bring out their best attributes.

What is your goal with Digital Nod?

In many ways, we've achieved the goal we'd set out to do - deliver where other agencies fail and solve problems that other agencies can't. Our revenues have tripled in the last nine months. We aim to grow to $15 million in terms of revenue by 2023.

Some of your clients are noted, billionaires. What has working with them taught you?

When dealing with billionaire clients, there is no such thing as "working hours." It is essential to provide them with round the clock support and come up with quick solutions. The phrase "work in progress" is unacceptable. Tasks need to be completed efficiently and quickly. Today, we are the go-to digital agency for 12 billionaires and several corporates and high net worth individuals.

What does it take to build excellent content?

It takes hard work. There's no substitute for it. At Facilius Inc, we stay updated with the latest developments and keep in sync with the on-going trends. 

According to you, what makes clients loyal to your services?

I think they like the fact that we are always ready to deliver and love what we do. 

Could you shed light on some of your most sought after services?

Some of our most popular services include social media verification across all major social media platforms. We can grow Instagram followership from 1000 to 100,000 within a month with real followers. We also guide clients on how they can leverage and monetize their follower base. Today Facilius Inc. functions as a B2B agency with strong relationships built with other agencies and Digital Nod deals with clients, companies, and brands.
