The best artifact to equip is "Gladiator's Final Set." This set will give him 18% extra attack damage, and 35% extra extra damage for Polearm attacks. However, if you don't have the complete set, you can combine 2-parts Gladiator's Finale and 2-parts Bloodstained Chivalry.
On the other hand, the best weapon to us is the "Primordial Jade Winged Spear." Once you equip this item, each of Zhongli's attack wil have an increased power up to 6%. This weapon can stack up to seven times and lasts for six seconds. However, its effect will only happen every 0.3 seconds.
