"Assassin's Creed: Valhalla" is filled with hunter bows that will give you a third-person view. They are balanced and they are an in-between of a Light Bow and Predator bow in terms of damage rates and overall speed.

The game has eight Hunter bows that you can choose from. Keep in mind while choosing a Hunter bow is that your skill tree will determine the sway of your stats.

Hunnish Bow

If you want to add the Hunnish Bow to your inventory, you do not need to search too long as it is automatically given to Eivor at the start of the game.

The overall stats might not be that good but it is better to start with something, instead of starting with nothing. It does have a perk that increases ranged damage after hitting a weak point on an enemy, and it is not too bad at taking down nearby wildlife too.

Death-Speaker

The Death-Speaker can be acquired by talking to local merchants around the map. This bow is sold for 360 silver, so it is not as expensive and it is an upgrade from Hunnish Bow. Its perk is fitting for advanced bow users as hitting weak spots on opponents will restore some of your health.

Sagittarius Bow

This bow can be found during your travels in Jorvik, England and while it is not one of the best bows in the game, it is still good. It is located in the northern part of the town below Multangular Tower.

You will have to travel to the bottom and make your way all to the tunnels and various obstacles if you wish to retrieve this bow. The Sagittarius Bow increases your speed when you hit weak points.

Arc Of Elan

The Arc of Elan will be given to you as a gift by a man named Bristan in Essexe, so it is important that you check the messages in Eivor's room. This is one of the best bows in the game because of its stats and its perk. It increases ability damage for each successive hit that you land on your opponents.

Magyar Hunting Bow

The Magyar Hunting Bow is a secret weapon that most players do not know about, but the first step is to upgrade your settlement by building the Hunter's Hut.

You will talk to Wallace about different deliveries where you bring him animal parts in exchange for rewards. Once you complete that, you will be given this bow. The perk is not that bad, it increases stun when hitting weak points so it is best to hit the golden marks if you want to use this bow.

Ona:kara Bow

Chatting with the local traders in Vinland and offering them iron ore, ingots and leather in return for items. The Ona:kara Bow is one of these weapons, but you can only use it in this region. It also can't be upgraded so it will forever remain a Superior Hunter Bow.

But it still has a perk that increases ranged damage when Eivor is almost full health. It is also worth it to upgrade your rations before heading to this region and collect from the local bushes after landing to make sure that your health is always full.

Dreka Bow

The Dreka Bow must be bought either in Reda's Shop for 120 Opals or from the in-game store for 350 Helix Credits. It is one of the many transactions that players usually consider as the stats of this Mythical Hunter Bow are envied by all.

It already comes with three open rune slots. It is also perfect if you prefer a heavier build as the more your armor and weapons weigh, the greater the amount of ranged damage you will inflict.

Dokkalfar Bow

The Dokkalfar Bow is a specialty item that can be added to your inventory by buying the premium DLC starter pack from the Ubisoft store. It also costs around $39.90 which might seem expensive but you will also receive other great items.

This bow does some great damage that even predator bows would envy. It also comes with a perk that increases your critical chance when you are close to full health.
