COVID-19 has been one of the most conspiracy-filled phenomena of the 21st century, as people have disbelief over the virus with some refusing to wear masks or be vaccinated with Pfizer or Moderna's shots. One of the most popular and known conspiracy theories is that Bill Gates would be "implanted" on the brain after getting vaccinated.

In a recent Instagram post of Bill Gates' daughter, Jennifer Gates (@jenniferkgates), she shared how she recently received her first dosage of the COVID-19 vaccine, in which she is grateful for the immunization. Throughout the post, she mentioned vaccine awareness and the importance of getting vaccinated to fight against the SARS-CoV2.

However, towards the end, Jennifer Gates joked about a conspiracy theory about Bill Gates being "implanted on the brain" whenever a dose is administered to a patient. The scheme of a conspiracy came from speculations from QAnon supporters and the group, saying that Bill Gates and Dr. Anthony Fauci were behind the outbreak that caused the world to shutdown.

The "fake news" and misleading information were repeatedly clarified and denied by Bill Gates, which evolved to various conspiracy theories including the vaccine to have microchips that spy on people. Moreover, the Microsoft co-founder was the one pointed to by the conspiracy theorists saying that he connived with pharmaceutical companies.

Here, she relayed how she was fortunate and privileged to receive one of the early doses of the immunization shots which is a scarce resource today.
