With recent success in past years and an influx of high-profile clients, Flathau is hoping to take his game-changing custom jewelry nationwide.

Founded as a way to further Flathau's jewelry collecting hobby, Flawless Diamonds Co. is the product of extensive research and Flathau's curiosity about the jewelry industry. As the owner of an AT&T franchise and real estate firm, Flathau began exploring custom jewelry via a local dealer. Becoming a mentee of this jeweler, Flathau quickly began designing pieces himself and realized he possessed a real skill and passion for this line of work.

Knowing that getting your foot in the door in such a lucrative industry would not be easy, Flathau pulled from his deep cache of life and business knowledge to bring his dream to life. This knowledge came from the 27-year-old, Chicago-born entrepreneur's life leading up to his founding of Flawless Diamonds Co. Leaving his home at 17, Flathau spent years looking for somewhere to plant his roots and work towards his goals. 

It was during this time when Flathau would find his footing in business and become the owner of two successful companies before taking the reigns as the founder of Flawless Diamonds Co. "You must be willing to stay hungry and never be satisfied," Flathau advises. "You must be willing to put in the time and willing to sacrifice a social life with friends and family." Making these intense sacrifices allowed for Flathau to pursue his passion project and, ultimately, pay it back to his family, friends, and community.

Through the success in his career, Flathau feels most rewarded in the ability he now has to provide for his daughter and her future. Also, he is able to give back to the communities that built him. With facilities in both Dallas and Chicago, Flathau has expanded his business model to focus on community outreach, helping underprivileged families in both cities struggling to find their next meal or pay their rent.

As Flawless Diamonds Co. continues to grow, high-profile clients have approached Flathau, searching for his detailed work and ability to bring anyone's imagination to life. They have created pieces for artists NLE Choppa and Lil Reese, among others.

Looking to expand to all major cities in the U.S., Flathau is taking the next step in expanding the Flawless Diamonds brand by releasing an apparel line that his clients have highly requested.
