Innovation, creativity, and courage are the three innate qualities of a successful entrepreneur. The growingly popular Australian e-commerce CEO Bryce Monkivitch was not born with all these qualities but worked hard to acquire them all. This is what sets him apart from other entrepreneurs in the e-commerce business. Currently, Bryce Monkivitch owns four high-end women's fashion brands along with one men's jewelry brand, and an online store for home décor.

Sincere Sally is the main brand of all four fashion brands that Bryce Monkivitch created. The brand generates over $1 million in revenue every year. Sincere Sally has made it to the wardrobe of famous fashionistas all over the world. Millions of followers on the brand's Instagram and Facebook pages are proof of the growing popularity of the brand. Sincere Sally (@sinceresallyboutique)is now compared with top-notch brands like Nasty Gal, Fashion Nova, and Princess Polly. With this explosive growth, his business was listed in the top 100 fastest growing businesses in Australia.

All of this success did not come to Bryce Monkivitch easily. He too had his share of failures. Bryce Monkivitch first ventured into business in 2017 by selling dog hats on Facebook and Instagram. Though he managed to get a supplier from Alibaba, the demand for his product faded after a year. This eventually halted his business in 2018. The first experience taught him important lessons on business visibility and networking.

Bryce Monkivitch worked 80 hours a week on concrete freelancing jobs and even pursued various business degrees during the years when he struggled. Investing his hard-earned $5,000, he soon started his next venture, a women's fashion store on Shopify. The store was selling fashionable sportswear, swimwear, casual wear, and trendy accessories. Bryce Monkivitch took his time to improve the business and gradually build an e-commerce empire.

When Bryce Monkivitch visited China to help his uncle in his business when he was only 25, he was sent home because his uncle thought he was too immature for business and that he had a lot to learn before trying his hand at work. Since then, Bryce has been laser-focused on improving his skills to earn money running a successful business.

Bryce Monkivitch is an entrepreneur with a compassionate heart. Being an avid traveler he has seen most of the world and experienced several cultures. Intending to help other people earn a living, Bryce launched an app to hire marketing staff from all over the world. The app also offers necessary training to people on product marketing to hone their skills. Currently, the app has more than 4,000 registered users and 560 among them are actively working on Bryce's businesses.

Bryce believes that business deals are the key to business expansion and revenue generation. He visits China to personally interact with his vendors. He also travels to the Philippines to be in touch with his team of 12,000 workers. He travels to the U.S to meet more e-commerce experts and expand his business network.

Bryce Monkivitch was featured on Forbes in 2021 for his brilliant business strategies and compassionate business policies. He aspires to improve his app to give earning opportunities to thousands of people around the world. He also wants to take his brand Sincere Sally to the next level and transform it into one of the leading fashion brands globally.
