A new "Genshin Impact 2.7" leak pointed out the potential talents and skills of the very first Electro support Kuki Shinobu. Although she has not yet come out in the game, there are early rumors which appear to be promising for this ninja character.

Indeed, the 2.6 version looks interesting for players who want to test new grounds of fighting. As we move forward and inch closer to its release date, there are already leaks that highlight the 2.7 version featuring Kuki and Yelan.
According to a report by Alt Char, Kuki Shinobu will be one of the most anticipated four-star characters that could debut in a few months. This Kuki Ninja is a known companion of Itto under the Arataki gang.
The leaks come and go as we see them on several websites, but recently, some Redditors shared some information about Kuki Shinobu's passive talents in "Genshin Impact 2.7."

Breaking Free - When Shinobu's HP is not higher than 50 percent, her healing bonus is increased by 15 percent
Heart's Repose - Sanctifying Ring's abilities will be boosted based on her Elemental Mastery:
- The healing amount will be increased by 75 percent of EM
- Damage dealt is increased by 25 of EM
Talent for Daily Life - Grain 25 percent rewards when dispatched on an Inauma Expedition for 20 hours

First Electro Support in 'Genshin Impact'
As we can imagine, seeing an Electro support character in the game is something that does not yet happen. HoYoverse might be exploring some stuff here if they intend to release Kuki as an Electro healer.
Over time, the developer might implement a few tweaks before the actual release of this ninja in the game. According to Gamerant, the leak about her Sanctifying Ring skill is a sacrificial skill that anyone should master.
At the cost of her HP, she could summon a Grass Ring of Sanctification which can deal decent Electro damage to the opponents. The health bar of the character will be restored based on the max HP of the alleged electro healer.
Regarding his burst, Kuki is rumored to have Goei Narukami Kariyama Rite which is a powerful stab in the form of a blade. Additionally, there's also a barrier that damages the enemies who are within the area of effect.
When Kuki's HP drops to below 50%, the damage becomes stronger. Since it's noticeable that Shinobu's skills are HP-dependent, this might be the perfect time to use HP percentage artifact pieces.
If the speculations are true, Kuki and Hydro bow user Yelan will come on May 15. The report wrote that they could likely arrive in two banner cycles.
