New Apple iPhone 6 phones await customers at the Apple Store on the first day of sales of the new phone in Germany on September 19, 2014 in Berlin, Germany. Hundreds of people had waited in a line that went around the block through the night in order to be among the first people to buy the new smartphone.

What makes the streaming perk more exciting is that people don't need to subscript to Apple TV+. This means that anyone can watch the offered MLB game coverage by visiting the streaming service's official website.

The giant gadget developer said that two exclusive MLB games would be broadcasted every week once the free access rolls out. But, this great streaming perk offer is actually a part of Apple's plan to make its upcoming iPhone leasing program more appealing to consumers.

Free Apple TV+ MLB as Part of iPhone Leasing Service Effort?

According to CNBC's latest report, Apple's free MLB coverage via TV+ is a part of its effort to enhance the upcoming iPhone hardware subscription service further.

Critics explained that the tech manufacturer is currently experimenting if its Apple TV+ can be used to attract more consumers by offering two exclusive MLB game broadcasts.

They believe that Apple expanding its sports offering will be a great marketing strategy for the new iPhone leasing service.

If the free MLB game offering is really a part of the manufacturer's effort for its smartphone hardware subscription program, then there's a high chance that Apple TV+ will be bundled with iPhone.

On the other hand, Deutsche Bank analysts further explained that bundling gadgets with subscription services is a great method to attract more consumers.

Is iPhone Leasing Service Really Necessary?

ZDNet reported that the iPhone leasing service works just as its name states. This means that once Apple rolls out the hardware subscription program, people will be required to pay a monthly fee to using their preferred iPhone models.

But, after some period, they need to return it if they can't settle the subscription fee. Now, some consumers may not like this idea since they will no longer be able to own an iPhone completely.

However, some experts claim that the iPhone leasing service offers various benefits. One of these is reducing the e-waste of Apple.

Meanwhile, Apple's repair program is no longer accepting missing or stolen iPhones.

On the other hand, some leaked support documents revealed that Apple Watch with watchOS 8.5 can soo be restored with an iPhone iOS 15.4.
