'Overwatch 2 Beta'

So, how was the Overwatch 2 Beta? Many users were happy with it. Adam Keller, the Overwatch 2 director thanked the participants who shared their thoughts about the game, according to a report by The Verge

"It can be scary putting something that means so much to you out there for other people to look at. Especially when you know that it's not finished and you're asking for people's real and valid criticisms of what you've made," he said.

What do the critics have to say about the beta version? So far, they have given the game a lukewarm reception. Some critics said that the game failed to recapture the highs on Twitch. Overall, the beta version was just okay.

'Overwatch 2' Plans

Blizzard has recently announced that a special Overwatch 2 event will be coming on June 16, 2022. At this event, developers will share their plans for the coming months and information about the Overwatch 2 beta

Keller said, "Overwatch as a world, as a universe, is deeply personal to the team; something that we pour our time, creative energies, and passion into."

With the beta version, it would be interesting to see how developers will tweak and rework the game's heroes. It's likely that we'll get a sneak peek of the changes at the June event. Furthermore, many heroes need help, so hopefully, Blizzard can help these characters out to fit better in to the 5v5 era.

Currently, Overwatch 2 doesn't have a release date, but fans are expecting to see it in 2023.
