Capcom has recently announced that players can now test a new demo of the upcoming "Monster Hunter Rise: Subreak" expansion.

According to the latest report, it will be up for download on both Steam and Nintendo Switch platforms on Tuesday, June 14.

Aside from that, the Japanese game publisher has also dropped the new DLC for the adventure title, as well as the new monsters that are coming very soon.

As per Nintendo Life, Capcom has teased a fresh trailer for the downloadable content of the fast-approaching "Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak" title.

The announcement comes with a new demo and a roadmap for this year and succeeding years. The video game developer said the game would present more features in the next months, including the new monsters and location.

It should be noted that there will be another update for a free title. With that being said, the Winter update will tackle more about several rare and common monsters as 2023 approaches.

Speaking of the expansion, the "Sunbreak" explorers will be given an opportunity to explore the new jungle location, which is first seen in "Monster Hunter 2," a past title from 2006.

Aside from that, Capcom will now allow players to test out the Switch Skill Swap system. There's a myriad of tutorials to try, and even the Silkbind attacks.

'Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak' Monsters

The demo and the DLC are not the only new things that Capcom brings into the game. According to Eurogamer, there will be a set of new monsters that will be arriving soon.

So far, the confirmed species that will come later include Gore Magala (Monster Hunter 4's flagship monster), Espinas (Monster Hunter Frontiers), and Pyre Rakna-Kadaki and Daimyo Hermitaur variants.

It is expected that Capcom will release "Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak" on June 30. We will hear more updates from the company soon.

Meanwhile, Sony is rolling out new PlayStation Plus tiers in North America. Tech Times reported that the game publisher has finally merged PlayStation Now and PlayStation Plus to bring an action-packaged package to the users.

For the subscription pricing, the PS Plus Essential will sit at $9.99 per month. If you want to avail this package for a year, you need to pay $59.99.

On the other hand, the PS Plus Extra costs a monthly fee of $14.99 and $99.99 annually. The most expensive subscription package, PS Plus Premium, is valued at $17.99 a month. Its yearly charge costs $119.99.
