Tesla Cybertruck production may actually be near. Rumors said that the giant EV maker might start producing the most-awaited electric truck since it was spotted on a test track.

Previously, Tesla provided some estimated production dates for its popular Cybertruck unit. However, these schedules didn't happen due to several issues. 

After several delays, the giant automaker said that the production of Cybertruck is now expected to start around the end of 2023. 

But, it seems like the Tesla Cybertruck model will arrive earlier than expected.

Tesla Cybertruck Production: EV Spotted on Test Track? 

According to CarScoops' latest report, the Tesla Cybertruck was spotted running on a track at the automaker's Fremont factory. The electric vehicle is on a test track hints that the automaker is already checking it is ready for its most-awaited production.

The version identified at the Tesla Fremont factory is integrated with production-spec side view mirrors and a singular windshield wiper, which is located on the side of the vehicle's windshield. 

Aside from this, the tested Tesla Cybertruck also has aero wheel covers. Based on the leaked images, some changes were made to the upcoming electric pickup truck. 

One of these is that the edges of the zero-emission vehicle are now rounder than the first models shown to the public. Experts said that the sharp edges were adjusted so that the Cybetruck would meet pedestrian safety requirements.

Another Tesla Cybertruck Prototype Spotted

This is not the first time EV fans have spotted a Tesla Cybertruck.

Electrek reported another prototype that appeared during the Tesla Megapack launch at Moss Landing, California. 

Unlike the latest version, this model seems to be incomplete. Rumors stated that the previous prototype had no airbag. 

The front-facing camera enclosure was also removed. Since the actual production date is not yet confirmed, you may still see several Cybetruck versions appearing in various places. 

Recently, Elon Musk announced that the Tesla Cybertruck design had been finalized. 

Previously, Tesla's CEO clarified that the viral video showing Tesla Cybertruck is not a CGI.
