NEW YORK, NY - AUGUST 2: The Samsung logo is displayed on a screen prior to the start of a launch event for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 at the Hammerstein Ballroom, August 2, 2016 in New York City.

In fact, as per a news story by Android Authority, the renowned tech giant goes beyond its built-in Photo Editor for its smartphones.

Samsung also offers a photography app, aptly named Expert Raw, which enables its users to edit RAW images like a pro.

Samsung's New Photo Editor: Galaxy Enhance-X

But this time, the giant phone maker further exerted its muscles in bringing a new photography app as it quietly debuted the all-new Galaxy Enhance X.

The latest photo editor of Samsung flaunts image enhancements with the help of AI, according to a recent report by Sam Mobile.

The new Samsung app lets users refine their dull images into photos they proudly post on Instagram. But, unlike professional photo editing apps, the new Galaxy Enhance makes photo enhancement convenient to use due to the power of AI.

Sam Mobile notes in its report that Samsung interestingly released its new AI photo editing app quietly. That said, it has received little attention since then.

The South Korean phone maker launched the Galaxy Enhance-X photo editor app on the Galaxy Store of its devices last July 7.

But even if several days have passed since it quietly debuted on the official app marketplace of Galaxy phones, not many are aware of its existence.

Samsung Galaxy Enhance-X: How it Works

And as such, millions of Samsung phone users are missing out on its handy photo editing features.

The Galaxy Enhance-X flaunts typical photo editing options, such as "Brighten" and "Sharpen." It also offers features like sharpening blurry images or using HDR improvements to balance out a photo.

Besides these basic functions, the AI photo editing app introduces advanced features, including Face Enhancement and Portrait options. And what's more, it also conveniently allows users to get rid of reflections from an image.

Not to mention that the new photo editor of Galaxy phones also offers an aptly named Fix Moire feature. It specifically gives users the power to ditch the obstructive moire on images taken from TVs or LED screens.
