Well, it talks about having no more level requirements or specific needs to visit gyms and go into battle against its leaders when venturing to the new Paldea region of the Generation IX content.
However, the main dispute here is that it would feature the open-world experience with "Scarlet and Violet," but at the same time have a different difficulty level per gym, and it still follows the old format.
