"League of Legends" Patch 12.17 will soon buff some of the most iconic heroes, as confirmed by Riot Games. The giant game confirmed this detail as the "LoL" 2022 World Championship nears.

This means that many heroes will be more powerful before the international competition happens on Sept. 29.
One of the "LoL" lead designers, Matt Leung-Harrison, posted a screenshot of the actual ability changes for Miss Fortune, Twisted Fate, and other included characters in the buff update.
"Things are still subject to change, but we're looking at fine tuning and getting tests on a bunch of picks here to ensure we're not swinging too hard up/down," said Matt via his official Twitter account.
'League of Legends' Patch 12.17 to Buff Iconic Heroes!
According to DotEsports' latest report, Miss Fortune will receive the biggest buff in the upcoming Patch 12.17. Thanks to Riot Games' efforts, all the iconic ADR's abilities will receive overall damage enhancements.

Although the mechanics of her abilities will remain the same, game critics claim that the skill buff can increase the pick rate of Miss Fortune.
Aside from Miss Fortune, Twisted Fate, Kassadin, Ezreal, and other heroes will also be buffed. Here are the specific changes they will receive:
- Twisted Fate (1st skill's AP ratio will increase to 80%, 2nd's mana consumption will be reduced to 30-70)
- Kassadin (1st skill's CD reduced to 10-8 seconds, mana consumption reduced to 60-80)
- Ezreal (3rd skill's CD reduced to 26-14 seconds)
- Graves (4th skill's range increased to 275-575, 1st skill's CD reduced to 13-7 seconds)

Mid-Lane Meta Change?
Dexerto reported that Riot Games is now focusing on enhancing the mid-lane meta. For the past few years, the game developer has been improving the "LoL" meta in each lane of the Summoner's Rift.
But, this coming Worlds 2022, the middle lane will be the company's focus. If you check all the buffs in Matt's official Twitter post, you will notice that most of the included champs are mid-lane heroes.

On the other hand, the "League of Legends" Ahri update is also expected to happen.
