A report from News.com Australia says that some video game actors are now worried that AI is looming to make them jobless.

The report also includes the "Hellblade" creator among the gaming developers that are now using AI tech on the games that they are working on.

Given that, some folks could not help but be worried that the future Ninja Theory games would no longer include human voice actors. In turn, some assumed that the experience of their games might change.

The report further revealed that the "Hellblade" developer is using a technology from Altered AI. The firm says that it seeks to help gaming firms to create "compelling, professional voice performances" by using artificial intelligence instead of humans.

But this time, the "Hellblade" creator took to Twitter to clarify the report, as per the latest news story by IGN.

Is Ninja Theory Replacing Human Actors?

Ninja Theory now addressed the report, denying that they are looking to completely replace human voice actors in its future gaming projects.

The gaming firm admits it is using AI technology. But Ninja Theory assures fans of its games that it does not plan to replace human voice actors.

Instead, its recent tweet notes that it only uses "AI tech for placeholder content." Ninja Theory explains that it helps the gaming firm to "understand things like timing and placement in early phases of development."

So it turns out that while Ninja Theory uses AI tech, it is only present in the early stages of its games. That said, when its gaming offerings, such as "Senua's Saga: Hellblade II" finally releases, it would still include voices from real mortals.
