However, alongside this Q3 report is Activision Blizzard's plans for the future, especially with an unknown 2023 premium release for "Call of Duty."
The game is gearing up for a premium release next year, and that is what Activision Blizzard shared via its report so far, with no details regarding the next game, or what it offers.
The company's premium release may center on the AAA-rated game like "Modern Warfare 2," but did not share anything regarding its upcoming plans for 2023.

Activision Blizzard Has Massive Plans for 'COD'
Its massive plans for "Call of Duty" will also engage more on free-to-play platforms, says the company, with no mentions of another revamp for the "Warzone 2.0."
According to ComicBook Gaming, Activision Blizzard is seeing momentum with its "Call of Duty" releases, with a follow-up coming soon for the world to experience.
'Call of Duty' and its Famous Franchise
It seems like the world has not yet gotten enough of "Call of Duty," despite the games seeing the franchise for almost 20 years now, with its first release of the game in 2003. It also makes sense as next year, Activision's famous franchise will celebrate its 20th anniversary for its game releases, so next year's releases may be a homage to the entire franchise.
There are two back-to-back releases from Activision Blizzard in 2022's run of the shooter RPG, including the famed battle royale and free-to-play title, "Call of Duty: Warzone 2."
On the other hand, the company remade its famed 2009 title, "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2," and it sees a good review from gamers, especially with its arrival on modern gaming consoles.
Despite releasing in an industry filled with shooter RPG titles, gamers still find joy and excitement with Activision Blizzard's releases, alongside other developers.
And for the company to have discussions of its next game immediately after its present AAA game's release, may indicate that something big is coming to the franchise in its next outing. Gamers have to wait on what the next "Call of Duty" games are, especially as it would most likely see another multiple drops from its developers.
