If you are a fan of Brian Johnson (aka Liver King), then you already know that he claims that he is a "natty," an individual who has a very muscular body without using exogenous hormones, such as steroids.

The Liver King inspired many individuals, especially men, since he showed them that they could achieve a muscular body without using steroids.

However, YouTuber Derek posted a video. In his official "More Plates More Dates" YT channel, he said that he acquired an email from Liver King that revealed his secret.

Derek claimed that the Liver King consumes steroids that cost thousands of dollars each month.

Some of the steroids stated in the email message are the following:

  • Winstrol
  •  CJC w/ Imap
  •  Ibutamoren
  •  IGF-1 LR
  •  Decca [Nandrolone]

This is not the first time the Liver King was criticized because of his natty claim. Previously, Joe Rogan also talked about the bodybuilder, saying Johnson drives him crazy.

"Because that guy's on steroids. Just, shut the f*** up. I know he's eating really healthy. It's clear he's eating all these animal foods and," said Rogan.

As of press time, Brian Johnson hasn't commented on the latest email leak that Derek posted.

Top Signs of False Natty

Many individuals are confused regarding natties. Being natty doesn't mean that the individual doesn't intake any supplements.

If you consume standard supplements, such as creatine, beta-alanine, whey, etc., then you are still considered a natty.

As long as these supplements are not banned in bodybuilding competitions, you can still call yourself a natty.

If you want to spot a fake natty, MuscleandBrawn provided the top signs you should look for:

  • If the bodybuilder always has reddish skin, then there's a high chance they are taking steroids.
  • Steroid users usually have bloated faces or stomachs.
  • Acne could also be a sign of taking steroids.
  • If the individual has breast tissue accumulation (Gynecomastia), then they're not natty.
