SpaceX is stacking up the Starship's Ship 24 and the Super Heavy Booster 7 in its Boca Chica launch facility where the Mechazilla, the towering giant chopsticks for stacking and catching the spacecraft. This is in preparation for its possible launch that Elon Musk made known via Twitter, with a timeline already available for its first orbital launch.

There already are plans for the company's massive Mars rocket to go on an actual flight test in real space conditions soon, for its plans to go off-world and assess the spacecraft.

SpaceX Starship, Super Heavy Now Fully-Stacked in Boca Chica

The famed global space company shared a video on this year's full stacking of the Starship Ship 24 and the Super Heavy Booster 7 over at its Boca Chica facility. And while SpaceX did not mention anything regarding the purpose of this stacking, there is information that it is in preparation for its upcoming test flight soon.

SpaceX showed a drone time-lapse video of the entire stacking process of the Starship, with its updated heat shields and black color that is a different look to its Stainless Steel finish.

It also shows the seamless process of stacking the Starship and Super Heavy Booster together, with the company already having mastery of this spacecraft, signifying its readiness for future launches.

When is the Starship's First Orbital Launch?

In a tweet reply by Musk to Whole Mars Blog, the CEO revealed that the company would soon have its first orbital launch for the fully-stacked Starship by late February, its real shot at doing so. However, should there be any problem by then, Musk also mentions that there is a massive chance of doing its launch to orbit by March.

The CEO confirmed this earlier today, with a sure launch for this year for its Starship mission.

SpaceX and its Starship Mission

The Starship fought long and hard on its environmental assessment from the Federal Aviation Authority, and this is one of the massive reasons for the long wait for the spacecraft's launch and tests. Moreover, it asked members of the public and environmental groups regarding their opinion about the rocket, and what it would bring to everyone.

Despite Musk's focus on Twitter nowadays, SpaceX is a self-running company like Tesla, and there were many missions it flew since the CEO's takeover of the social media.

The billionaire's busy schedule also did not interfere with SpaceX's operations, with NASA saying that the Starship can go on orbital launch last December.

Despite that timeline from NASA not happening last month, there is an update now for its soon launch coming by either late February or early March, and it is only several weeks away from its tests. This orbital launch test would also be significant for SpaceX and the world, as it will only prove that humans are a step closer to Mars.
