Unsurprisingly, the AI chatbot provided great outputs that satisfied many real estate brokers.

One of them is JJ Johannes, an Iowa realtor. He shared his excitement after ChatGPT helped him save so much time writing property listings.

Although he needed to edit the AI's work, he was still amused by the results.

"It's not perfect but it was a great starting point. My background is in technology, and writing something eloquent takes time. This made it much easier," the realtor shared via CNN Business

Johannes is just one of the real estate brokers benefiting from ChatGPT's works.

Other residential and commercial agents also shared that the AI chatbot changed how they write listings, publish social media postings, and draft legal documents.

Will AI Become Industry Standard?

As of press time, it is hard to tell if ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools will become the new real estate industry standard.

But, because of the ChatGPT's efficiency, many realtors believe that artificial intelligence could become the new industry standard.

Andres Asion, a Miami real estate broker, said that he would easily pay hundreds of dollars every year for ChatGPT.
