It reportedly takes a page from Apple, with its next iPhone lineup, the iPhone 15 Pro, previously rumored to come with a titanium frame. Titanium remains one of the lightest and most durable metals in the world, adding a different kind of experience to the devices.
Samsung Galaxy S24 to Get a Titanium Frame Like iPhone 15 Pro
Renowned Samsung insider and leaker Ice Universe posted a leak via X, which only said 22, with a photo of the periodic table of elements.
The 22nd element in the periodic table is known to be titanium, but the leaker did not mention any devices or companies that would use this.
However, an X user mentioned the device that Ice Universe was likely pointing out. The user asked if it was related to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and if it will feature a titanium frame.
The leaker did not answer the user that guessed it but shared a smiling emoji, which seemed to confirm the new material that will be used on the S24's build.

There Is a Catch to Samsung's Titanium Frame for the S24
Titanium is best known to be one of the strongest and lightest Earth metals existing now. However, according to Phone Arena, there is a catch to this titanium frame upgrade, considering that the Galaxy S series is already known for being pricey.
Its use of a titanium frame would make the S24 more premium than it ever was, primarily because this element's use is known to increase the device's price. The S23 Ultra is known for having a premium price tag of $1,200, but more is expected should it use titanium.
Samsung's Development of the Galaxy S24
Much like the iPhone 15 lineup getting leaks for its upcoming release, the Samsung flagship smartphone coming next year is also seeing massive traction from the many information now.
One of the earliest leaks for the S24 is in its SoC upgrade, featuring the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, said to be faster than any other chip, even the iPhone.
Samsung is planning to expand its capabilities and processing technology, and not only would it focus on its chip. Early leaks of the S24 noted that the device would give users more memory power, starting with 12GB of RAM installed with it.
The titanium frame is certainly one to look forward to, as it will bring a significant difference in its weight and durability. However, speculations said it would come with a hefty price, considering its upgrade on its specifications.
