Elon Musk has confirmed that Italy's Ancient Rome will be the final location of his upcoming fight with Mark Zuckerberg.

According to the latest report by Daily Mail, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has "tweeted" on the Twitter-turned-X platform that a local has already permitted them to take their epic fight to Italy.

The tech boss adds that UFC won't be the one to manage the fight since it will all be handled by his and Zuck's foundations.

The 52-year-old business magnate says that the livestream of their fight will be shown on X and Meta's platforms. When asked where the earnings from the event will go, Musk says that all of the proceeds will go to a special charity for veterans.

Musk told TMZ that the Italian Minister of Culture approached him regarding the potential venue of the fight. He later tweeted that the epic fight might happen in Ancient Rome, particularly in the Colosseum.

Musk and Zuckerg Are Preparing Seriously For the 'CEO' Fight

In another story by NDTV, Musk confirmed that he's been preparing hard for the upcoming brawl with Zuck. He said that he's "been lifting weights throughout the day" despite his busy time at work.

On the other hand, Zuckerberg boasted that he was "not holding his breath" prior to the showdown. He said that he could take on Elon Musk now. The tech boss was reportedly sparring with Lex Fridman, a popular Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belt.

The 39-year-old Meta head added that he's been training with two UFC contenders Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski for the upcoming cage match.

So much for that, Elon might need to undergo surgery before the fight. According to Tech Times, he's been experiencing massive back pain for quite a long time. That's why he got an MRI of his neck to know if there are underlying issues.

If the surgery will push through, several adjustments are to be made for the high-profile event. Its schedule will be moved or its location will be changed.

At the time, fans could not contain their excitement to know that Rome's Colosseum will be the potential location of the upcoming fight. After all, who wouldn't get interested in seeing one of the most beautiful seven wonders of the world with bare eyes?

We haven't seen gladiators brawl for ages, and this might be the perfect time to witness them in their most modern look.
