Epic Games and Fortnite Resurrect the Classics

Epic Games and Fortnite's decision to resurrect the classic map is seeing massive approval from the game's fanbase, and others are requesting more features to bring back as well.

Renowned Twitch Fortnite streamer SypherPK replied to the post, saying that they want the "Renegade Raider" to also return alongside the OG map.

Fortnite's Many Offers to Its Gamers

One of the most iconic things about Fortnite is how it offers massive content to fans, centering on its iconic collaborations with known pop culture icons or media entities in the present world.

One of the most iconic collaborations earlier this year for Fortnite is the Across the Spider-Verse skins featuring Spider-Man 2099, Spider-Gwen, and more.

The recent Chapter 4 Season 3 featured a jungle, tropical map for gamers to enjoy, with Optimus Prime also joining the game to battle it out against other players in the battle royale.

Other crossovers include more Marvel and DC characters joining the game and famed Japanese anime such as Naruto, My Hero Academia, Dragon Ball, and more.

Fortnite may have been massive with collaborations in the past years, with its maps getting heavy inspiration from the content from these pop culture elements, but these are still focusing on the battle royale format it has.

For six years, Fortnite has changed drastically to bring gamers what they want, alongside other unique experiences, but it is now time to go back to its roots, with Chapter 1's OG map returning this week.
