Superhuman, an email startup, has recently launched its latest AI-powered feature: Instant Replies.

Designed to streamline the email response process and enhance productivity, Instant Replies offers users three personalized reply options that are ready to send with just a tap.

How the Feature Works

Using Superhuman's Instant Replies is simple and efficient. When users receive an email and hit reply, they are presented with three contextual reply options tailored to the content of the message.

Unlike traditional email platforms, where users must manually craft their responses, Instant Replies automates the process, allowing for faster and more efficient communication.

As shown in the demo video below, when you tap "Interested" in an email invitation to speak on a panel, the client types out a full sentence with the sender's name. You can switch between replies by pressing the tab key, and you can send them by pressing enter. According to the company, users who participated in the beta test of instant replies send emails twice as quickly.

According to Superhuman CEO Rahul Vohra, early feedback from beta testers indicates that users are responding to emails twice as fast with the Instant Replies feature. This significant improvement in response time underscores the effectiveness of AI-powered tools in enhancing email productivity.
