Apple just dropped one of its famous cryptic Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) logos for the upcoming WWDC25, set to run from June 9 through June 13.
Ostensibly for Apple developers to get a sense of what's coming from Cupertino in the next year so devs can prepare for new hardware and software, the event has become a spot where Apple announces big stuff coming to its products, as well. For example, the company announced its plan to transition to Apple Silicon at WWDC 2020, the Vision Pro at WWDC 2023, and iOS 14 and the App Library at WWDC 2020.
The keynote, usually helmed by Apple CEO Tim Cook, will stream online on June 9 at 10 am Pacific, and will likely contain all the great stats and positive spin on developers and their work with the big tech company.
You can watch it yourself on your Apple TV, YouTube, or Apple's own website.

One of the big things we'll likely hear about is the renaming of all of Apple's operating systems to reflect the year rather than the iteration. So it won't be iOS 19, macOS 16, watchOS 13 or visionOS 3, but rather iOS 26, macOS 26, watchOS 26, and visionOS 26.
There are also reports about Apple changing the look and feel of its software for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, which noted Apple reporter Mark Gurman says will be "one of the most dramatic software overhauls in the company's history." This could be what the whole "Sleek Peek" could refer to.
If we're lucky, we'll see Apple take its next step towards Apple Intelligence, as well, and maybe some hints as to what the Vision Pro is up to.
Either way, we can all find out next week on June 9.
